The root problem of all the troubles of Greece

The following letter was written to the  

Hellenic American Leadership Council.

The root problem of all the troubles of Greece, is that we have departed from the true and living God!  

Instead of believing the Gospel of Christ of the New Testament which the Apostles taught and preached [they were not not priests], for the salvation of our eternal souls, we have rejected it, and we have substituted it with the man-made idolatrous religion which can never save anyone, and which keeps people in spiritual darkness and death. 

 

In spite of all that is happening, God loves us and like the prodical son, He wants us to come to our senses, to believe the Gospel of His Son Jesus Christ, to repent to God from our sins, and as John in his gospel 1:12 tells us, to receive Christ as our personal Saviour!

Sometimes when troubles come into our lives, is a good thing, because when things are going smooth and well, we do not see our need of God and of Christ. God uses these things to shake us up, and to wake us up, before it is for ever too late!!!

God has brought us into this world to prepare ourselves for eternity. Believing the Word of God, which is the only true Faith, is the only true way of becoming a true Christian! Do you read the Bible, especially the New Testament which is the Gospel of Christ??? If you do, and if you believe the Word of God, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

Keep in mind, that God's command, and Christ's command to all the people of the world, is to believe the Gospel of Christ, and never a religion. 

When Jesus began His ministry, He was preaching: "repent ye , and believe the Gospel." Mark 1:15, and just before He ascended to heaven, He commanded His disciples: "Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature. He that believeth..shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." Mark 16:15,16.

It is the Gospel of Christ which in simple words explains to us God's only plan of salvation, how to get saved, and how to pass from eternal death to eternal life. The apostle Paul warns us: "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." Galatians 1:8.

Believing the Word of God, the Bible, especially the Gospel of Christ, the New Testament, repenting to God from our sins, and receiving Christ as our Saviour, is the only way to become a Christian, to escape the eternal hell, and instead of hell, to have eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!!! Jesus Christ is our only hope!!! 

 

God's Word says, that He is the only Mediator between God and men, and the ony Saviour, who not only can save us from our sins and hell, but save us "to the uttermost." He is a wonderful Saviour! His promise to anyone is: "He that cometh unto me, I will in no wise cast out." "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved."

Do not allow anyone to deceive you by the teachings and commandments of men through their false religions, Jesus Christ is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man can come to the Father, except through Him!
Why not repent to God from your sins and receive Christ as your Saviour today???
